@Clintsreptiles Video Shoot
On a sunny afternoon in May, I met with my collaboration partner @camerongade on the Main Street of Springville, Utah at Clint’s Reptile Room. The master of reptiles himself @clintsreptiles was there to welcome us into his oasis of lizards, snakes, arachnids, turtles and more. @clintsreptiles holds a Phd in Biology Education and a Masters in Evolutionary Ecology. We watched in awe as Clint showed us his exotic collection of reptiles, and educated us on each animal’s specific habitat, needs, and characteristics. The goal for this video shoot was simple; capture a stunning video of exotic reptiles. Little did we know @clintsreptiles had such a large collection and kind-hearted spirit to allow us to setup a video shoot right in the middle of his shop! During this video shoot @camerongade and I personally picked the reptiles we wanted to work with. Cameron took breathtaking photos, while I captured video on my Canon C70. We focused mostly on the textures of the reptiles and captured them with a macro lens to enhance the detail. By the end of this session @camerongade and I were extremely elated with the shots we were able to capture. I would like to give my kindest regards to @clintsreptile for such a warm welcome; I look forward to visiting your shop again soon.
