Marshall and Sierra’s First look
The golden hour was approaching the Rocky Mountains of Tunnel Springs Park, Utah as @Marshalldimon patiently awaited the arrival of his fiancée @Sierrakenney. I was there to film their ‘first look’. The sky was clear as a summer breeze softly rustled the grass. @Marshalldimond fixed his tie and linked his cuffs, as feelings of excitement and nervousness mixed together as he prepared for the moment to see his soon-to-be bride.
@Sierrakenney appeared behind him, dressed in a beautiful modern wedding dress with a summer aesthetic. Bouquet in hand, she slowly walked towards @Marshalldimond. With his back to her, I filmed her as she slowly turned him around and saw his beautiful fiancé for the very first time.
It was a magical evening of laughter, love, and creative camera work. To produce this video I filmed it on my Canon C70. Equipment and location are two very important factors in creating a great ‘first look’ film, but the most important factor is working with a great couple who are deeply in love and care about one another. With Marshal and Sierra we had all of the perfect filming factors. Filming a ‘first look’ is a special moment I get to share with a couple and I was honored that @SierraKenney and @MarshallDimond chose me to produce this video for their special moment together.
I am always honored and so grateful to shoot special moments for my friends. @marshalldimond and I grew up playing soccer together. I recently found out that @sierrakenney ’s mother is a friend of my mom’s. Crazy how small the world can be sometimes.
